Creating based on a Quote from the Sales Order Screen

There are two options for creating a sales order from a quote within the sales order screen:

Template quote – displays quotes that exist for the selected debtor account
Generic quote – displays all quotes that are not ‘Closed’ and the debtor account is selected once the quote has been selected
